The meetup that I organized as EyeEm´s ambassador in Madrid, together with Marisa, Juani and Ernesto was a great success. We were over 40 people. We all enjoyed the photowalk around the Four Towers, the visit to the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel and the drinks and food we had at the Irish Rover.

I would like to thank my friends for their help, Instagramers Madrid and Madrid Me Mola for their support, and the Hotel Eurostars for its kindness. I´m looking forward the next one, in about three months time.


La evento que he organizado como embajador de EyeEm en Madrid, junto a Marisa, Juani y Ernesto has sido un éxito total. Llegamos a ser más de 40 personas. Todos disfrutamos del "photowalk" alrededor de las 4 Torres, la visita al Hotel Eurostars Madrid Tower, y la comida y bebida que tomamos en el Irish Rover.


Me gustaría agradecer a mis amigos su ayuda, a Instagramers Madrid y Madrid Me Mola por su apoyo, y al Hotel Eurostars por su amabilidad. Estoy deseando estoy que llegue la próxima, en aproximadamente tres meses.

EyeEm (1). Photowalk: "Architectura Moderna: 4 Torres". 01/25/2014

Today is going to take place the second photowalk that I have organised as EyeEm´s ambassador in Madrid. This time, I asked my friends Marisa, Juani and Ernesto to help me organize it, and they have helped me a lot. We decided a theme, and organized the route according to it. It is: "Modern Architecture: 4 Torres".

We are going to visit the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel, the highest in Europe, which raise uo to the 3ist floor of the PwC Tower. We will then move to AZCA area, and then finish having something to drink and eat at Irish Rover, where we will give t-shirts to the winers of the contest we will organize during the photowalk.

Our friends form Instagramers Madrid and Madrid me Mola have supported us and will also be present during this event. Looking forward to it, I´m sure it´s going to be a great success!!

A third Honorable Mention in the MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013.

I was wrong yesterday because I was too impatient. I´ve been awarded with a third Honorable Mention in the MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013, this time in the category "Architecture/Design". I´m so happy! And congrats to my friend José Luis Barcia Fernández who is the winner in this category.

Ayer me equivoqué por haber sido demasiado impaciente. He tenido una tercera Mención de Honor en los MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013, esta vez en la categoría de "Arquitectura/Diseño". ¡Estoy muy feliz! Y felicidades a mi amigo José Luis Barcía, que ha sido el ganador de esta categoría.

Two Honorable Mentions in the MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013

Two of my pics have been awarded with Honorable Mention in the category "Watercapes" of the MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013. They are both upside down reflections, one of the cathedral of Logroño, and the other one of my beautiful daughter Candela. You may fond below both pics.

I would like to congratulate all winners and honorable mentions in the different categories. I would like to thank Mobile Photography Awards for these Mentions. Let´s make mobile photography a well known Art throughout the world!!


Dos de mis fotos han sido premiadas con sendas Mención de Honor en la categoría "Paisajes de Agua" de los MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2013. Ambas son reflejos "upside down", uno de la catedral de Logroño, y otro de mi preciosa hija Candela. Tenéis las fotos más abajo.

This picture was shot during at the Lumix Worshop we had during the First "Festival della Fotografia di Iglesias". I confess I love this pic, it reminds me of the old black and white italian films of the 60´s.

Hice esta foto durante el Taller Lumix que disfrutamos, durante el Primer "Festival della Fotografia di Iglesias". Confieso que me encanta esta fot, me recuerda a las películas italianas en blanco y negro de los años 60.

During those 6 hours stop, not only did I have time to capture the beautiful streets of Bergamo, but also to capture interesting moments of what was going on around them. These are some of the shots I did.

Durante esa parada de 6 horas en Bérgamo, no sólo tuve tiempo para fotografiar las bonitas calles de Bérgamo, sino también algunas escenas interesantas de lo que ocurría en ellas. Éstas son algunas de las fotos que hice.

Wandering around Bergamo, Italy / Paseando por Bérgamo, Italia. November 2013

We had a six hours stop in Bergamo, Italy, on my way to Iglesias, Sardinia, ir order to participate at the First "Festival della Fotografia di Iglesias". We took advantage of these six hours to visit Bergamo, where we had never been before. I must say I was highly surprised by its beauty, really awesome. I really enjoyed those hours, my first cappuccino and pizza "made in Italy" after a long period... I just hope to turn back soon! 

Hicimos una escala de seis horas en Bérgamo, Italia, de camino a Iglesias, Cerdeña, para participar en el Primer "Festival della Fotografia di Iglesias". Aprovechamos esas seis horas para visitar Bérgamo, donde nunca hbíamos estado antes. Debo decir que me sorprendió mucho su belleza, es realmente preciosa. Realmente disfruté esas horas de paseo, ese primer capuchino y esa primera pizza en suelo italiano después de un largo periodo... ¡Simplemete espero volver pronto!

This series of pictures were shot on a Saturday morning. This is the façade of Micrópolix, a place dedicated to children, with a city for children inside. A place that my daughters love indeed. The funny thing is that I decided to play a little bit  and have some fun while editing. I like this series very much. I hope you like it too!

Esta serie de fotos fue hecha un sábado por la mañana. Se trata de la fachada de Micrópolix, un lugar dedicado a los niños, con una ciudad para niños en su interior.Un lugar que les encanta a mis hijas. Lo divertido es que decidí jugar un poquito y pasármelo bien mientras editaba. A mí me gusta mucho esta serie. ¡Espero que a vosotros también!

I live very near the Urban Hotel, in Barrio de Las Letras, Madrid.One day, when I was standing in front of it looking for reflections, I shot these two pics of it. Afterwards, instead of editing them as I normally do, I decided to have some fun editing, and this is the result. I hope you like it!

Vivo muy cerca del Hotel Urban, en el Barrio de Las Letras, Madrid. Un día, mientras buscaba reflejos delante de él, hice estas dos fotos. Después, en lugar de editarlas como normalmente hago, decidí divertirme con la edición, y éste es el resultado. ¡Espero que os guste!

Presentación del spot rodado por Juan Antonio Bayona para KH-7 (2)

Segundo post, tras el de ayer, sobre la presentación del spot rodado por el director de cine Juan Antonio Bayona para KH-7. Esta vez presento las fotos que realicé en el espacio elegido para la presentación, la Planta 50, diseñada por el estudio A-CERO, dirigido por Joaquín Torres.

Esta serie de fotos son más heterogéneas, intentando enseñar la sala donde tuvo lugar la rueda de prensa, el vestíbulo de acceso, y el jardín vertical que corono el espacio abierto, con las maravillosas vistas sobre Madrid. Se termina el reportaje con una fotografía de Bayona posando para los fotógrafos, con una botella de KH-7, y Madrid al fondo.

Fui contratado por Enrique Cordón, Director de Investigación e Internet de DIFUSION Y AUDIENCIAS, para fotografiar y difundir en Instagram la presentación del anuncio rodado por Juan Antonio Bayona para KH-7.

El acto tenía lugar en la Torre de Cristal, diseñada por el mundialmente famoso arquitecto Cesar Pelli, en la Planta 50 de la torre, diseñada por el archiconocido estudio A-CERO de Joaquín Torres. Dada la espectacularidad de los escenarios, tomé la decisión de que la foto que subiría por la mañana sería de la torre por fuera, y la foto subida por la noche sería del escenario de la Planta 50. De igual manera que hice en IG, presentaré aquí en mi blog las fotos en dos posts diferentes. Hoy toca la Torre por fuera. Mañana la Planta 50 por dentro.
