Street musicians in Madrid. May 2013

These photos belong to a series I have recently posted on my other account on IG, lrh_arquitecto and as a story on BackSpaces. This is the text I wrote on BackSpaces:

"Madrid is full of musicians playing in the streets. I love to capture them as well as to stop for a while and liosten to what they are playing. I´m convinced that one call tell the story of a city by what happens in its streets, and street musicians are part of its scenery.

Streets have a life, and the pulse of what goes on around them may be measured by the music of those anonymous musicians who earn their living playing music and cheering up our lives.

These are the stories of those whom I have come acrossed these last weeks. Stop by and listen to their music, be gentle and applause at the end of their performance..."

 

Estas fotos pertenecen a una serie que he subido recientemente a mi otra cuenta de IG, lrh_arquitecto, y como historia a BackSpaces. Éste es el texto que escribí en BackSpaces:

"Madrid esta llena de músicos tocando en sus calles. Me encanta fotografiarlos tanto como pararme un rato y escuchar lo que están tocando. Estoy convencido que unoi puede contar la historia de una ciudad por lo que ocurre en sus calles, y los músicos callejeros son parte de su escenario.

Las calles tienen vida, y el pulso de lo que ocurre en ellas puede ser medido por la mñusica de estos músicos anónimos que se ganan el pan tocando música y alegrándonos la vida.

Éstas son las historias de los que me he cruzado en las últimas semanas. Paros y escuchad su música, sed amables y aplaudid al final de su espectáculo..."
