La Segarra through my edited pics / La Segarra a través de mis fotos editadas. #lasegarraclic

As I said in a previous post, I was kindly invited by Consell Comarcal La Segarra to have a two days meeting in that beautiful land, to get acquaintance with it and promote it on Instagram. Unfortunately, I could only stay one day, but I enjoyed it a lot, This is the story of one single day in La Segarra, though my edited, pictures. I hope you like it!

Como ya conté en un post anterior, fui amablemente invitado por el Consell Comarcal de La Segarra a un encuentro de dos días en esa preciosa tierra, conocerla y promocionarla en Instagram. Desgraciadamente sólo pude quedarme un día, pero lo disfruté mucho. Ésta es la historia de un solo día en La Segarra, a través de mis fotos editadas. ¡Espero que os guste!

I arrived at Lleida´s trains station at 19:40 hours on Wednsday 15th and there my friend Olga was waiting for me. We drove to directly to Torà, where we were staying, but just before arriving, we couldn´t help stopping the car and shoot some pictures of the wonderful landscape of earls, with a cloudy and awesome sky above.

Llegué a la estación de Lleida a las 19:40 horas del miércoles 15. Allí me esperaba mi amiga Olga para llevarme directamente a Torà, donde nos quedábamos. Pero justo antes de llegar, no pudimos para el coche y disparar unas fotos del maravilloso paisaje de espigas, con un cielo nublado encima.

Next day, before meeting the rest of the people, Olga and I wandered around Torà, around its streets, meeting its people.

Al día siguiente, antes de encontrarnos con el resto de gente, Olda y yo nos fuimos a dar una vuelta por Torà, por sus calles, conociendo a su gente.

Then we went to Sant Antoni de Pàdua convent to meet the rest of the people. This convent is located infront of a beautiful field of earls.

Depués fuimos al convento de Sant Antoni de Pàdua para encontrarnos con el resto de la gente. Este convento está situado delante de un precioso campo de espigas.

From there we started our trip. First stop the village of Lloberola, a beautiful place indeed.

De allí empezamos nuestro viaje. La primera parada, el pueblo de Lloberola, sin duda, un lugar precioso.



From there, we went to visit Vallferosa Tower and its surroundings. The tower is the tallest tower in Eurpo dating the 10th century. We climbed to the top of the tower, and enjoyed the awesome landscape. Next to it, there´s a roofless church, very attractive. We had a great timw shooting pics!!

Desde allí nos fuimos a visitar la Torre Vallferosa y sus alrededores. La torre es la más alta de europa del siglo X. Subimos arriba de la torre y disfutamos el fantástico paisaje. Junto a ella se encuentra una iglesia sin cubierta, muy atractiva. ¡¡Nos lo pasamos muy bien haciendo fotos!!

From there we drove to Claret, wehere we had lunch and afterwards wandered a little bit around its streets, before movng further on.

Desde allí fuimos a Claret, donde comimos y después paseamos por sus calles, antes de continuar nuestra ruta.

From Claret, we moved to Cellers Monastery, where we, once again, enjoyed the explenations of the guide and the wonderful landscape of pooples and earls.

De Claret nos marchamos a ver el Monasterio de Cellers donde, una vez más, disfrutamos las explicaciones del guía y del maravilloso paisaje de amapolas y espigas.

Finally, we went back to Torà and visit the Jewish Quarter, really beautiful. We were lucky enough to enjoy the light that comes before sunset, which made the visit even more attractive.

Finalmente volvimos a Torà a visitar el Barrio Judío, realmente bonito. Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar la luz que precede al ocaso, lo que hizo la visita más atractiva aún.
