10.000 followers... / 10.000 seguidores...

Yesterday I hit 10.000 followers!! When I first started this trip, on October 18th 2010, I did not even dream this day would ever arrive. I must confess I do not take very seriously the number of followers. I have always thought, and still think, that only a low percentage do really see and like my photos. So many people start following someone just because he/she hit Popular, or just because he/she saw a comment on somebody else's photo. In the end, what really matters are all those people who see and comment my photos every day!

Anyway, I really think that 10.000 followers is the reward to my activity on IG, to the fact that I upload four pics everyday, and, above all, that I always try to be nice to anyone who leaves a comment...

To all those who really see and like my photos, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ayer alcancè la cifra de 10.000 seguidores. Cuando empecé esta aventura el 18 de octubre de 2010, no pensaba que este día llegaría. Debo confesar que no le doy mucha importancia al número de seguidores. Siempre he pensado, y sigo pensando, qué sólo un porcentaje muy pequeño ve y le gusta mis fotos. Mucha gente comienza a seguir a alguien porque aparece en Populares, o porque ha visto un comentario en la foto de otro. Al final, lo que realmente importa son los que ven y comentan mis fotos diariamente. 

De todas formas, sí que pienso que 10.000 seguidores es la recompensa a mi dedicación a IG, a subir cuatro fotos al día, y sobre todo, al hecho de intentar ser amable con todo el que deja un comentario.
